SKIN PEN

SkinPen is a medical device for microneedling (controlled micro-needling of the skin) that stimulates the skin's natural regeneration and the production of collagen and elastin. The treatment is safe, clinically proven and is used to improve skin texture, reduces wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, and evens out skin tone.

How is the treatment performed?

  • Consultation: before treatment, the specialist assesses skin type, concerns, and expectations, then provides recommendations

  • Preparation: the skin is cleaned, and if necessary, a local anesthetic is applied to reduce discomfort.

  • The treatment itself: SkinPen uses sterile, disposable tips with fine needles that create controlled microchannels in the skin. Depth and intensity are adjusted according to the area and the problem

  • After treatment: a soothing serum or protective cream is applied. Redness and slight swelling are possible for 24–72 hours.

  • Recommendation: usually a series of 3–4 treatments is performed 4–6 weeks apart, depending on the indication and desired results.

Who is it for?

SkinPen is suitable for adults who want to:

  • Reduce fine lines and wrinkles

  • Improve skin texture and even out complexion

  • Reduce acne scars and stretch marks

  • Narrow enlarged pores

  • Improve skin firmness and restore a more youthful appearance

When are the results visible and how long do they last?

  • First results: noticeable texture improvement and a subtle glow within 1–2 weeks

  • Visible collagen results: full effect usually occurs 8–12 weeks after treatment as the skin creates new collagen and elastin

  • Longevity of results depends on age, skin condition, lifestyle, and skincare. A series of treatments provides longer visible effects (6–12 months or more), and maintenance once every 6–12 months helps maintain results.
